GRAMMY

I'd like to thank everyone for their messages of congratulations concerning the Grammy award for best opera recording. Billy Budd is such an important opera for me. It has, in a way, defined much of my operatic career. The recording also came at an important time in my life after taking a couple of months off from singing to reevaluate my priorities and my future in the world of music.

This is a great honor, but as always I'm thinking of the future and what my next project might be. Hmmmmm, how about a recording of the great arias for the American baritone on the musical theater stage?
